Proper keyboarding techniques.
There are many different ways to type; some people prefer to type like the picture above, some have their own ways. It is better for us to follow these rules below:
1. Sit up straight, and lean a little bit forward.
2. Sit a fist away from the table, and place the keyboard at the edge or end of the table.
3. Center your body to the space bar.
4. Place your fingers on HOME ROW. Home Row is the A S D F keys corresponding to your left hand. and J K L :; for your right hand. Your index fingers should be on the F and J keys.
5. Your feet should be on the floor. Try not to cross your legs or fidget.
6. Your wrists are level. Hold your wrists off the table and edge of the keyboard.
7. Don't look at the keyboard. Keep your eyes either on the screen of your computer or the paper you are copying from.
